We should always remember that each of us is responsible for taking care of the body that god has given to us. So, always realize the importance of your only precious wealth that’s nothing but your own health as it’s only the place where you have to live in.
Let’s be little responsible and accountable towards our own health then only our existence in this dynamic living world will be worth. Direct or indirect, our contribution to this world is only counted when we are in a sound state of body and mind to deliver our productivity in various aspects of the environment where we live either be it family, community/ society, workplace, in someone’s life , to the nation or towards the world. This state of body and mind could be attained only through a commitment to a healthy living because health is only the resource of leading an active and a full life.
Start your journey towards a better health by educating yourselves about the laws of health and write your own prescription for lifelong health. To make you understand better and give you a broader view of what I am trying to say by writing your own prescription for a lifelong health, i would like to mention here a very simple ,true and well cited health quote by lord Buddha that every human being is the author of his own health or disease. Infact, health is only the aspect of life which is fully owned by you and completely driven by your daily lifestyle choices that you make for yourselves.
So let’s take a stand to preserve and maintain health by adapting a healthy lifestyle .You don’t have to wait for the time when you are sick to put things right as there is nothing called right time that you should wait for to change your own lifestyle that impacts your health most.
It’s a hard truth that neither we can change our parents nor we can alter our genetics but I assure you, through learning about our current health status and how well our body is working today we can help our future health by atleast, understanding our health risk factors. This healthy practice can certainly identify many odd things that are going on with our health and are at the controllable stage that could be taken care of before we are too late.
Being healthy and physically fit does not have to involve a gym membership or having something that is out of our reach or is only decided by our socio-economic status. We can be fit by doing physical activity in a 8/10 foot space in home and making simpler health choices within the boundary of best available resources around us.
A good health can be achieved with the use of very simple, cost effective yet impactful health maintaining tools which we all are aware of. Some of them are listed below:

We can be our best health coach if we introspect our inner health and analyse how and what we exactly feel about our own health. Everyone has their own health goals and perception of health with the best knowledge that they gain from their living environment .
Examples like older adult’s health perceptions may be completely different when compared with younger adults because of their age related changes , diseases and limitations that they face at their physical capability level. For them, being healthy can be being functionally independent. This further is entirely different for teenagers where being healthy for them could be able to participate in various sports activity, being happy and able to enjoy with their friends, performing well in academics, for younger and middle aged working class adults, being healthy could be able to fulfill all the family liabilities and work responsibilities without any stress, always being full of energy and more productive. On the other hand, when we see health through the lense of a conventional health professional, for whom being healthy can be as disease free state of body and mind.
Ultimately to attain one’s healthy state becomes quite complicated if we follow and choose our health goals depending completely on other’s perception of health. So, to make our health better, we have to design our own health goals and develop our own concept of health with the best available information out there. We have to be dedicated towards creating a healthy lifestyle themes that completely fit into our way of living. This will facilitate the environment where you can nourish the wellness within

It connects the social and cultural environments, as well as genetic components. human activities affecting environmental quality, and environmental conditions impacting human health .
Environmental health issues originate mainly from atmospheric pollution, water pollution, climate change, ozone depletion, solid waste management, and toxic, chemical and hazardous waste management. Manufacturing industries, petrochemical and power stations produce hazardous gas and chemicals that will impact the health of the people living in the immediate environment. Global Environmental Issues, and Social, Economic, and Policy issues, all of which influence environmental health.
Surveillance of diseases and monitoring of environmental hazards such as air pollution, climate change, and hazardous wastes are no longer the responsibility of each country as they are all linked together by one environment. Perhaps environmental health is the only global issue that requires every country to work together on national, bilateral, joint, regional, and global policies and actions for dealing with related problems.and a small yet very crucial role we all got to play at individual level to protect and preserve our environment by taking steps towards it. Thus this will help in promoting a healthy environment and prevent premature death, avoid illness and disability caused by non-infectious, non-occupational environmental and related factors.
